30 Minutes to Feeling More Positively Energized ✨
In this practice, you’ll begin with a short relaxation before bringing a positive element to mind. Through guided breathing, you’ll activate these positive sensations in each part of your body, followed by a period of integration. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take this time entirely for yourself. Get ready to connect within, embrace the positive, and enhance your overall well-being. Enjoy the journey!
Step 1: Full-Body Awareness & Relaxation
Before we activate, let’s relax. Take a deep breath and scan your body from head to toe. Notice the shape of your head… your neck and shoulders… your back… your arms and hands… your chest… your belly… your legs and feet.
With each exhale, allow yourself to relax deeper.
Breathe in… feel yourself becoming lighter.
Breathe out… release any tension.
Step 2: Releasing Tension – The Power of Breath & Contraction
Now, let’s clear out any lingering tension. This is a powerful technique to reset your body using deep breathing and gentle muscle contraction.
- Exhale through your mouth to prepare.
- Inhale deeply through your nose.
- Hold your breath and gently contract all your muscles—just for a moment.
- Exhale loudly through your mouth, letting everything go.
Feel the release? Let’s do it again:
- Exhale through the mouth.
- Inhale through the nose, hold, and contract the muscles gently.
- Exhale loudly, letting go of all stress.
On the third round, do it at your own pace, in whatever way feels right for you.
Now, allow yourself to yawn… sigh… stretch.
Your body knows how to let go. Trust it.
Step 3: Visualization – Activating Positivity
With your body relaxed, shift your awareness inward. Can you feel your heartbeat? Maybe you sense your pulse elsewhere in your body. Take a moment to tune in.
🌿 As you inhale, imagine your blood circulation increasing, flowing with harmony and vitality.
💫 As you exhale, feel your organs being energized, waking up with renewed life.
Repeat this for a few breaths.
Now, allow a positive image to emerge.
It might be:
✨ A peaceful place you love—a beach, a forest, or a quiet room.
✨ A calming activity like swimming, walking in nature, or getting a massage.
✨ A reassuring presence—someone you love, a pet, a plant, or even a comforting color.
There’s no right or wrong answer—just let it come to you naturally.
Immerse yourself in this positive energy. Let it fill your body and mind with warmth and joy.
Step 4: Activating Positivity in Your Body
Now, let’s take that positive energy and spread it throughout your body.
- Breathe in the positive.
- Hold your breath and let it settle within you.
- Exhale and allow it to flow into every cell, every organ, every tissue.
Move through your body part by part, focusing on each area and welcoming warmth, peace, and vitality.
Head & Face
Place your hands gently on your forehead or scalp.
🌬 Inhale positivity.
🌿 Hold your breath, setting the energy in place.
✨ Exhale, spreading warmth and calm into your head, face, and skin.
Neck, Shoulders, Arms & Hands
If you like, place your hands on your neck.
🌬 Inhale positivity.
🌿 Hold, feeling it settle.
✨ Exhale, spreading relaxation down your shoulders, arms, and fingertips.
Chest & Mid-Back
Bring your awareness to your chest.
🌬 Inhale positivity.
🌿 Hold, letting your heart and lungs soak it in.

Abdomen & Lower Back
Place your hands on your belly if it feels right.

Pelvis, Legs & Feet
Focus on your lower body.

Now, take a moment to simply be.
Feel your body—calm, strong, and full of life.
