My passion in life is helping people explore their internal world, so that their outer world becomes an expression of vibrant living.

Vibrant living – to me – comes down to this: living your most meaningful life with ease, finding (and cultivating) delight, and slowing down enough to appreciate the beauty around you, every day.

Overcoming Overwhelm, a 9-day audio course on Insight Timer, designed to help you move from feelings of overwhelm and stress to a place of calm, groundedness, and ease.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or weighed down by constant demands and perhaps feel this on a regular basis, I’m here to guide you through to ease.

While stress is a natural response that helps us rise to challenges, chronic stress and overwhelm can be draining and even debilitating. It depletes your energy, affects your health, and robs you of vibrancy and joy in life.

In this course, we’ll explore how overwhelm takes hold, its impact on your well-being, and, most importantly, how to break free from this cycle. I’ll introduce you to simple, practical tools that you can easily integrate into daily life.

Embrace Ease

Cultivate calm, build resilience, and bring balance into your life.

Are you living with stress, overwhelm or feelings of resistance? Are you feeling stuck, anxious or reactive? Or are you sensing that something is off and you’d like to balance your physical, mental and emotional health?

Embrace Ease is a self-led program designed to help you let go of tensions, gain perspective, and boost your confidence in your adaptability in just six weeks, using the tools of sophrology.

Each weekly video will focus on different aspects of embracing ease, with a variety of exercises and techniques to help you along the way. By dedicating some time each week to practice and integrate the lessons, you’ll gradually reinforce your ability to embrace ease in your daily life.
